Shipping, returns and refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide with DHL Express and within Norway with Posten/Bring and DHL Domestic (The options will change based on your zip code). You can also choose to pick up your order at our byTiMo Boutique, located at Bogstadveien 25 in Oslo. We also offer delivery with Porterbuddy (Within the Oslo area)

Estimated delivery:
Norway: 1-4 days
Europe: 1- 5 days
Rest of world: 2-6 days

NB! During busy sales periods, the delivery can take a few days longer.
We ship “DTP/DDP” (Duty taxes paid) to most countries, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout-price.

ORDER TRACKING DHL:
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
– Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
– Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
– Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point

ORDER TRACKING POSTEN/ PORTERBUDDY:
You will receive an E-mail / SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and then you can see when the package will be delivered to the chosen destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 14 days return policy.

We will give you a refund by the same payment method you used within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received. Items returned after these 14 days have passed, will not be accepted and therefore, the order amount will not be refunded.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Our garments are delicate, so please try them on with care. If you experience any damage to the garment, before its even worn, please contact us immediately. Garments that are not in a condition suitable for resale will not be accepted (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged). 

If an order is returned after these 14 days, without it being approved by byTiMo, it will not be accepted. 

Please note that all cost regarding shipping is non-refundable.

RETURNS WITH DHL/ PORTER BUDDY /POSTEN:

  1. Please make sure that the product is in the exact same condition as when received and that the tag is attached. If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry to webshop@bytimo.com.
  2. Follow the steps on the return label that you received with the order and send it back to us. You can also deliver the package yourself to our Boutique: Bogstadveien 25, 0355 Oslo, Norway. (The shipment must be delivered back to us within 14 days.)

Please note that the customer is responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to the Shipping company or delivered to the service point. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment.

Additionally, all cost regarding return shipments has to be covered by the buyer. This cost will be withdrawn when refunding the item(s). The amount is listed on the return slip, and may vary based on the shipping method and country.

SALES
The same rules apply during the sales period.
