Shipping, returns and refund policy

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide with DHL Express or within Norway with Helt Hjem, or you can choose to pick up your order at our Showroom at Niels Juels Gate 50 or in our Pop Up Store (Bogstadveien 25) in Oslo. We also provide delivery with Porterbuddy within the Oslo area. 

NB! During busy sales periods, the delivery can take a few days longer. 

Norway: 1-3 days
Europe: 1- 4 days
Rest of world: 2-5 days

We ship “DTP” (Duty taxes paid) to most countries which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout-price.

ORDER TRACKING: 
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
– Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
– Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
– Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14 days return policy.

We will give you a refund by the same payment method you used within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received. After this period of time, the return will not be accepted. Returns that are sent back after 14 days will not be refunded or neither sent back to you. 

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. 

Our garments are delicate, so please try them on with care.

Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded or neither sent back to you. 

Please note that all cost regarding shipping is non-refundable.

 

RETURNS WITH DHL: 
If you wish to refund your item, please do the following easy steps:
1. Please make sure that the product is in the exact same condition as when received and that the tag is attached. If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry.

2. Send us an email to webshop@bytimo.com with your return request. Once it has been approved you will receive a return shipping-label by email.

3. Once the return has been approved, place it in the the original packaging or another solid option. (The shipment must be delivered back to us within 14 days.)

RETURNS WITH HELT HJEM: 

1. Please make sure that the product is in the exact same condition as when received and that the tag is attached. If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry.

2. Follow the steps on the return label that received and send it back to us. You can also deliver the package yourself to our pickup-point: Niels Juels Gate 50A, 0257 Oslo, Norway.  (The shipment must be delivered back to us within 14 days.)

Please note that all cost regarding return shipments have to be covered by the buyer.

SALES
The same rules apply during the sales period.
